"Can I access the training on my phone?"
All products are in .PDF format. You will need software like Adobe Reader to access these products. Again, this is FREE and available at this link:http://get.adobe.com/reader/
This will already be installed on most smart phones. If you have difficulty, try opening it on a laptop or desktop computer. You do not need an e-reader.
"I’ve purchased one of your eBooks. How do I access the eBook after payment?"
You will receive an email from us confirming your purchase. This will be sent to the email address you entered on the order page.
The email will grant you access to the members only area of Defence Ready. On this page you will be prompted to create your account to access your products.
It is very important that you use the same email as you used on the order form when setting up your account. This is because your products are linked to your email address.
"I’ve created my login but I'm missing some of my products?"
Your account email is likely out of synch with your purchase email. You can either set up a new login using the email address you purchased with or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to fix up your member account.
